| Deputy Mayor, Leanne Buckingham, mother of three beautiful children, has always put community at the heart of her paid and voluntary roles. Her 17 years in the workplace have been completed in many public sector areas including the NHS, care services, crime and justice service as well as the voluntary sector. She was a founding member of 4CorbyChildren charity which spearheaded a successful campaign for Corby to protect provision for 0 to five year olds when the failing county council was looking to outsource to a private provider. She believes in working with communities and making their voice heard in decision making. |
