Matt Keane is the leader of Corby Town Council and the shadow lead for Highways, Transport and Assets at North Northamptonshire Council. He has been a Labour & Cooperative councillor since 2015 and since 2021 serves on both councils for the Corby West Ward where he lives. He is passionate about social mobility, housing, youth provision, workers rights and improving local mental health services. He's passionate about Corby and it's unique culture and traditions. Matt was a previous Mayor of Corby and really enjoyed spending time with local community groups and projects. He wants to make sure that Corby will be getting a fair deal. He has grown up in Corby during a time of fantastic regeneration by the Labour run borough council and wants to make sure that the town's services continue to be retained and improved. He will be a strong voice for our community in uncertain times.
