Florence Fest - White Hart

Cllrs Pengally, Dalziel and Reuby at event

Cllr's Mark Pengelly, Cllr Alison Dalziel and Cllr Martyn Reuby attended The White Hart pub on Sunday 10th June to give their support to the campaign for Corby's own little Florence Bark.

The event named "Florence Fest" raised £4715.00 on the day which will be rounded up to £5000 by the White Hart and donated to the cause.

Cllr Dalziel quoted "We have all been so touched by Florence's story and The White Hart put on a really great fundraising event. We were very happy to be there and show our support"

Florence Bark, who turned 6yrs old last weekend, was diagnosed with a rare acute myeloid leukemia. She is now awaiting a bone marrow transport but does not currently have a complete match.
