Corby Town Council pays tribute to Alderman George Crawley

At the full Town Council meeting on 9th August, councillors observed a minutes silence and paid tribute to Alderman George Crawley, who sadly passed away recently. Alderman Crawley was a long serving Labour councillor and leader of the council, and was later granted the honorary title of Alderman. The deadline to hand deliver nominations to Corby Town Council is 4pm on Thursday 8 April.

Informal checks of Nomination papers can be requested by emailing Corbynominations@northnorthants.gov.uk until 4pm on Wednesday 7th April.

Anyone wishing to submit Nomination Papers must reach us by hand delivery at The Cube up until Thursday 8th April 4pm.

Corby Town Council will be created on 1 April 2021 with elections to the council being held on the 6 May 2021. There are 17 councillor vacancies covering all four wards of the town council area. If you want to do something for your town, why not stand for election?
